15. Tell me something about yourself?

This is the first question that the interviewer may ask you. Focus on all the positive things that make you a good fit for this position.
You can say something like: I am working with ABR Research Company as a Research Executive since last 3 years. My job role involves investigating market activity, assessing future trends, preparing and executing research process.
As my work involves handling data, I make sure, I give a lot of attention to every minute detail and try to provide information which is accurate. This job helped me realize how important time is. I have become punctual and try to complete each task within the given deadline.
I enjoy exploring new places and to keep myself stress-free I meditate regularly.

16. How do you handle stress?
Answer:
As a market researcher, there will be a lot of stress involved. Work and stress go hand in hand. Here the interviewer wants to know if you are able to manage that stress. If yes, he would want to know how do you do that.
To answer this question you may say: Work stress enables me to stay motivated and productive. It helps me perform and give best results.
Yes at times when we have a lot of assignments having same deadlines I get the pressure to complete all of them on time. To handle this I create a schedule for myself and prioritize it, so that I can focus on each assignment and complete them on time.
17. What is your greatest strength?
Answer:
The research job requires a lot of attention to detail while working on multiple assignments at a time. To answer this question, you can say something like: "I try to complete my assignment on or before the deadline with losing my focus on the details. I prepare a timetable for myself which allows me to prioritize my assignments and helps me finish the right task at the right time."
18. What is your weakness?
Answer:
The interviewer has asked you this question particularly to know if you are a person who can identify his flaws and are you making efforts to work and improve those flaws.
To answer this question you can say something like: "At time, I have a difficulty in keeping myself organized. However, I have now started using a time management system which helps me keep myself organized."

The trick to answering this question is research. You need to take initiative and check the following:
i. The company website- About us, Values, Mission and Work Culture sections.
ii. Check their page on social media platforms.
iii. Read about their founders and people working there
iv. Research about the services offered.
v. Check if they were in news recently, if they won an award for exceptional work.
You may not know everything about the company but take some time to prepare yourself before going to the interview. All the above things are easily available to everyone.
