5. What is your favorite technology or tool that helps you achieve your goals as a manager?

Your answer to this question indicates, how well the manager can manage himself or herself, how well they use the technology to keep the things sorted and how they motivate their team to productively make use of technology etc.

To answer this question, you can talk about some tools which can be as simple as a Google Drive that let's you share the files. The focus should be on how you use those tools to improve the efficiency.

If there's a tool that you have not used but believe that it can boost up your productivity in the new role, it would make sense to talk about it too. You can say that you have not used it personally yet but, it looks to be a promising bet.

The key to succeed is anticipate this question, research some tools and talk about them.
